The Air Suspension System is Mainly Composed of the Following Parts

Air spring (air bag): This is the core component of the air suspension system. It replaces the metal springs in traditional suspensions and supports the vehicle weight by filling it with compressed air inside. The elasticity coefficient (softness or hardness) of the air spring can be adjusted according to the changes in internal air pressure.
Shock absorber: Works in conjunction with the air spring to reduce vibrations during vehicle movement, ensuring smooth driving. In more advanced air suspension systems, the damping (buffering force) of the shock absorber is also adjustable.
Air supply unit: It consists of an air compressor, a storage tank, and an air distribution valve. The compressor is responsible for generating high-pressure air, the storage tank is used to store air, and the distribution valve controls the air flow to the air springs of each wheel.
Electronic Control Unit (ECU): This is the "brain" of the entire system. It receives various signals such as those from the vehicle body height sensor and wheel acceleration sensor, and based on preset algorithms, issues instructions to control the air supply unit and shock absorbers, thereby achieving dynamic adjustment of the suspension.
